DR. EDNA TALAVERA NISCE, M.D., F.P.D.S.
CHAIRWOMAN AND CHIEF DERMATOLOGIST
Dr. Edna Talavera Nisce is the Chairperson and Chief Dermatologist of NISCE. She earned her Degree in Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas and completed her Residency in Dermatology & Dermatological Surgery at the Skin & Cancer Foundation. She is also a fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society and a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Dermatology. Another highlight, Dr. Edna Talavera Nisce formed, organized and became the first President of the Philippine Dermatological Society for Northern Luzon Chapter from 2009 to 2010.
Dr. Edna Talavera Nisce had already been running her own chain of clinics since 1987 when she founded the Nisce Skin ‘N Face. She opened the first branch at Nepo Mall, Dagupan in 2002 with a few other dermatologists as partners. Then she put up another Skin ‘N Face at CSI Mall, La Union in 2003. At present, Nisce Skin ‘N Face has a total of 20 branches in Luzon and Visayas and now being headed by her daughter, Antoinette Nisce, as the Chief Operations Officer, General Manager and Head Trainer.

Atty. Salvador Nisce manages and administers the policies of the business operations of NISCE. As Chief Executive Officer of NISCE, he develops and administers policies of the organization in accordance with corporation charter; establishes corporate objectives; reviews corporate reports pertinent to all line and staff departments; communicates and presents corporate objectives and reports to the company’s Board of Directors.
Atty. Nisce earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo Law School. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines

Ms. Antoinette Nisce provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization. Being the Chief Operations Officer and General Manager, she puts tougher emphasis on efficiency and cost management, including the drive to transform many core aspects of the business and identifies the need to expand into new markets in the pursuit of growth.
